Who we are
Unique Pointing is a trading style of Unique Pointing Restoration Ltd, a limited company incorporated at Companies House in England & Wales under company no. 15765224. Led by Simon McCloskey, we are a VAT-registered, fully insured (£5m PLI) specialist team. While our administrative office is based in Alderley Edge, we operate as a mobile specialist unit, bringing our heritage DOFF cleaning and NHL 3.5 lime pointing expertise directly to period properties across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and North West England.

We can work with you, or you company, to match existing mortar colouring or to match your existing stone or bricks. Though we are based in Manchester, we are willing to travel across the UK, and even abroad. For example, we have previously undertaken commissions in the Channel Islands and France – and we absolutely loved it.
